Meal Service Suspended
Due to heightened alarms surrounding the Coronavirus and the shelter-in-place order that was issued by Governor Ivey, Houston County Schools have suspended the Grab n' Go Meal Service at this time. Your safety, as well as the safety of our staff, is our priority and that concern led to this decision. The service will be reevaluated after the order has been lifted. We urge you to adhere to Alabama Department of Public Health guidelines, national health guidelines, and those of Governor Ivey. Thank you for allowing us to serve your families.
Immediate School Closing
In the interest of public safety, Houston County Schools will close today, March 16, 2020, at 3:00 pm central time. All athletic events have been cancelled until further notice. We will remained closed until April 6, 2020, unless otherwise announced.
**Webb Elementary School Kindergarten registration and the drawing for our First Class Pre-K have been postponed until further notice.**
