Training hosted by HCS open to : Law enforcement, emergency management, Mental health professionals, medical professionals and school personnel
Houston County Schools in Dothan, Alabama and the ALICE Training Institute have teamed up to bring ALICE Instructor Certification Training to Dothan, Alabama on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 and Wednesday, May 27, 2020. The course will be held at the Houston County Career Academy.
This two-day Instructor Certification course is designed to teach proactive option-based strategies to increase survivability in a violent critical incident. The ALICE strategies empower individuals to participate in their own survival in the gap between when a violent situation begins and when law enforcement arrives.

Register at your local school during school hours which are 7:30-4:00.
The student must be five on or before September 1, 2020.
Please bring the student’s:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Record (Blue Slip)
- 2 Proofs of Residency (At least 1 must be a current water/electric bill)
