Webb Elementary School is offering a free reading camp for students who will be first - sixth grade the 2021-2022 school year. Check your students email address for an application. The dead line for registration is May 12, 2021. If the capacity is reached before May 12, registration will close.

Readers Make Leaders!
Webb Elementary School is offering a free Reading Summer Camp for our registered students. The camp is for students who will be entering first through sixth grade for the 2021-2022 school year. Students must attend the camp where they are enrolled in school. The camp hours will be from 8 am-12 pm daily. Camp begins on June 1st and will end on July 1st. The first week will begin On Tuesday and end on Thursday. The remaining weeks will run Monday through Thursday. Students are asked to bring a daily snack. Lunch will be provided. Bus transportation will also be available.
The focus of the Reading Camp is to help students further develop the foundations of reading. The activities will be small group instruction, computer assisted instruction and independent practice. Struggling readers are especially encouraged to take advantage of the Reading Camp. Deadline for registration is Wednesday, May 12th. Spaces will be limited. If Webb Elementary School reaches registration capacity prior to the Wednesday, May 12, deadline registration will be closed.
Remember the old adage: learn to read, read to learn. The ability to read is very important in school and throughout life. Help your child become a proficient reader. Sign up your child for the Webb Elementary School Reading Camp. Please complete the registration form. Students will meet in the school library on the first day. Bus riders need to be in front of their house at 7:20 am on the first day. The students should arrive home by 12:45. The Transportation Department will provide your child with a pick-up and drop off time after the first day. Remember registration is limited so sign up today.
