    📣📣Calling All AHS Students📣📣
    Jacket Ambassador Applications are available now for all 2020-2021 students INCLUDING incoming 6th grade students! We will be selecting students from each grade level to be Jacket Ambassadors for the upcoming school year.

    Applications are available in the Main Office at AHS Mon-Thur 8am-4:00pm OR there's an electronic application available at the following link: (you only need to do one application, not paper and electronic)

    Please share with any students who may be interested in applying.

    All applications are due by June 30th at 4pm, so don't miss the deadline on this awesome opportunity!

    Options Sign Covid-19 Activities Payment Options

    Ashford High School Parents: (6th-12th Grade Only)
    Due to guidelines in place because of COVID-19, certain field trips have been canceled and will not be rescheduled. These field trips include:
    Senior Beta Convention
    7/8th Grade Shakespeare Festival
    FLBA Convention
    Many parents/guardians have already paid money towards these events therefore, the available options for resolution offered by Ashford High School are listed below:
    1: Donate the payment made for an event to the school's General Fund.
    2: Donate the payment made for an event to student negative balances with the Child Nutrition Program.
    3: Transfer the payment made for an event to another activity (i.e. class fees, lockers, etc.).
    4: Request that the payment be retained in the current activity for next school year's events.
    5: Request a refund check for the payment made. (note: if deposit for buses from Southern Coaches is not refunded, your amount on check will be short that amount that was required for student to pay)
    Each parent/guardian will need to email Ashford High School's bookkeeper at to identify your preferred option from the choices above.
    In email please state
    • Your name,
    • Your child’s name and teacher sponsor name, 
    • What field trip was paid on and write out your preferred option. (You must write out your choice) You cannot just put option 1,2, etc. It must be stated on email in detail your choice.
    •  We have teachers printing out your child’s profile so we will know in fact you are the parent/legal guardian with your address.
    We also have records of who has paid and have been receipted. If your child has not been receipted, there will be no refunds made without receipt.
    The email response will need to be received before April 21, 2020 so that checks may be issued as soon as possible. Each check will be mailed to the address on file at school for your student. Checks will probably go out sometime in May.
